The Law of Compensation
A rather intriguing universal law that caught my eye is this law which is a restatement of the major Law of sowing and reaping. Looking back in retrospect, perhaps, all that had betided me were compensations from the universe in its entirety. Owing to my astuteness and frequent introspections, a fundamental truth that I had to find out is that whatever I put out to the world returned to me with astounding accuracy. Consequently, I got curious about this phenomenon that triggered me to write about thus. Simply put, the law of compensation says that you will always be compensated for your efforts and for your contribution, whatever it is, however much or however little. Both positive as well as negative are compensated alike.
This natural law applies in relationships, family, work and in all areas of our lives as a whole. No part is left untouched. Your outside world, in all honesty, is a reflection of who you are on the inside. Wonder why you’re sick and tired of your boyfriend or girlfriend? Probably he/ she is picking up on your negative vibrations and is reflecting your attitudes and behaviors back to you. Wonder why you’re not getting much out of your business? You probably are not doing much in regards to your general output in the business. You give love, love is given back to you. You give hate, hate is given back to you. You improve your production in your work area, you will earn more income. The law of compensation will definitely see to it that you are compensated for your efforts and no more or less.
Why this law is unique as well is because a person will also be compensated for his weakness in one area with a strength of equal potency in another area. A neurotic man who cannot control his anger impulses will withdraw from people and find joy with himself in solitude. From here, this man will develop and hone discipline skills relevant as well as useful to him in handling business or work-related activities. Objectively, the universe has compensated this man with a strength in place of a weakness. It is true in all aspects of our lives. For everything you have missed, you have gained something else; and for everything you gain, you lose something else. The whole of what we know is a system of compensations. Every defect in one manner is made up in another. Every suffering is rewarded, every sacrifice is made up; every debt is paid.
